so we had a baby 2 months ago.
My due date was August 21st and I went to the dr on the 22nd, still pregnant, so she scheduled me for an induction on the 24th. I really did not want to be induced...
Ryan's mom came to our house on the evening of the 23rd so she could be here in the morning for the induction. Luckily she was here because at about 10:30 pm, I started having contractions. When I realized that it actually was labor, I was happy to be going into labor on my own. We planned on bringing Abbey and Cloe, so we woke them up and headed to the hospital.
This wasn't my favorite labor which I guess is good because it confirms that this is the last baby :)
We got to the hospital at 1 am and I was only dilated to a 4. I asked for my epidural right away because I didn't feel like dealing with the pain. That was a bad mistake. I think being stuck in the bed slowed down my progress and, in my humble opinion, the doctor wanted a good nights sleep even though I told the nurses that I would progress really fast if they broke my water. So after a long night of no sleep, the doctor finally got to the hospital at 6:30, I was only 4.5 and she broke my water, at 7:14, she was born.
And then I forgot all about that long terrible night because I was holding the sweetest little blondie.
Cloe and Abbey sleeping away in the delivery room
Aiden Marie, 8 lbs 2 ounces 20.5 inches of lovable sweetness!!
Do they look excited to have been there for their sisters birth?
Grandma brought Charlotte and Brody to the hospital soon after the birth
My First blonde baby. She had the longest blonde eyelashes!
Wow, that's a lot of kids....
We love having her in our family and she is so fun to have around. Many more posts and photos about our little pumpkin.

Thanks for letting me come and see her. She is so sweet and cute.
I am so happy for you and your family. She is beautiful, just like the other four. Having a baby in the wee hours of the morning is truly exhausting. I hope you are feeling great. I love you!
Adorable Courtney! Guess where I am right now... on good ole Quevedo Lane. :) Hope you are recovering well. Those first couple months are exhausting!!
Nice blog, Courtney! You get extra credit for consistency!! Super fun, way to go!!!
