cilantro recipe's. I got some for a good deal and don't want it to go bad. I've already made salsa. I know there are plenty of recipe websites but I like to go off of recommendations.
cafe rio rice- so yummy 3 cups rice 5 cups water small can diced green chilies head cilantro onion 1 tbs chicken boulion boil on high than reduce to low for 30 min.
1 can black beans, rinsed/drained 1 can corn, drained 1 chopped red bell pepper 1 chopped green bell pepper chopped red or green onion, to taste cilantro to taste mix Hendrickson's fat free sweet vinaigrette dressing (available at Smith's), also to taste
It's the best thing, and I can eat an entire batch by myself. I often do.
I found a yummy, easy and cheap slow cooker recipe on marthastewart.com My kids like it too. Go to marthastewart.com and do a search under "slow cooking soy ginger chicken" I would type it up, but I am too lazy. Enjoy!
1 lb ground turkey or hamburger 1/4 c. chopped cilantro 1 diced yellow onion 2 diced jalapenos 3 diced Roma tomatoes 1pkg taco seasoning
brown the turkey/hamburger. Add the diced vegetables, 1 cup water and pkg of taco seasoning and simmer on med. heat for 30 minutes. D likes to eat in a burrito with ranch or sour cream. I prefer over shredded lettuce with hot sauce. So yummy and healthy!! I make this at least once a week.
