the 31st of October

Halloween is such a fun day and I loved having it on a Saturday. My mom did a little Halloween lunch for them and had a mini carnival. They played musical halloween pictures/cake walk type game, bobbed for apples and had to eat doughnuts off a string. The usual Halloween games. My baby sister came down and likes to do make-up, preferably blood and guts, and did their make-up however they wanted it. Hence, Abbey's pink face and black scarecrow nose as I called it.

Ready for the trunk or treat. Cloe the witch, Brody was a Bakugon fighter (from cartoon network), Abbey was a pink poodle which I thought suit her well because she loves animals and Charlotte also had a very fitting costume, a monkey. But I think when my grandma bought this she bought the wrong outfit for the hat because it looked more like a lion body than a monkey. But she was still cute regardless of the many times that she was referred to as a "he".



after the trunk or treat, the kids and I walked back to our neighborhood and we all went door to door. I was so excited on the walk home, I just love Halloween, kids make holidays more fun

Perfect weather made a beautiful evening.
