summer

Hey, at least I am catching up.

Brody turned 9, oh back on July 22nd.

 Charlotte rock climbing at Trafalga in Lehi.  It was included in our Pass of all Passes.  It was nice to be indoors in the hot summer but man this place lacks places to sit.

 There were the foot rubbing contests.  Which kid rubbed my feet better?  In order to find out, they each had to do it and then I judged them.

 early saturday mornings spent at swim meets.  I actually really like swim meets and I'm glad we gave swim team a try this summer.  We will for sure be doing it next year.  They all improved big time. 

At the "finals" swim meet.  Cloe won 1st place overall in the 50 freestyle.  Pretty cool!!  This pool happen to have an awesome recreation center with slides and what not so preventing boredom at this long swim meet was no problem because they played in between their races. 

 Charlotte at swim lessons or as she called it "swim practice".  You can tell where this girl spent her mornings, watching her siblings at practice.  She was pretty fearless.

 After a long torturous trip for back to school supplies, we made a stop at Chuck E Cheeses.  You always get free tokens when you bring in your report card, bonus.

 Ryan taught the kids some card games this summer.  They are playing War and clearly Abbey is cheating in this picture. 

 Grandma Allen had a campout over the last weekend of summer.  They kids loved it!  It was cute how she set it all up.

back to school haircuts.  They were $5 with the whole salon experience. 

Well, good bye summer, you will be missed.  But Fall has been so warm so Summer hasn't really been all that missed ;)
